But when it comes to sexual issues (e.g. marriage, contraceptives, abortion, LGTBQ+) everyone appears to have serious skin in the game. It's what makes these difficult, but important issues. Anyone can easily "virtue signal" the fact they oppose slavery because nobody has any emotional or monetary involvement in that. It's what silly liberals do on Tik Tok. Overcoming concupiscence, on the other hand, takes the habitual habit of virtue and prayer.
