Secular Liberalism is Satanic
Recently the largest satanic gathering in history took place in Boston at SatanCon. The conference included satanic rituals, Bible burnings, and lectures on psuedo-rights, including abortion, transgenderism, and sexual hedonism.
We can make a distinction between accidental satanism and true satanism. First, we must understand the objective of the demonic. To clarify, it is helpful to contrast God's essence as the True, Good and Beautiful with the dualistic heresy of Manichaeism. Manichaeanism is the belief there is a good and evil source of creation, with God the creator of all that is good, and Satan of all that is evil. In reality, God is the only source of creation. He is a necessary being of pure actuality. His essence is Truth, Goodness and Beauty. Thus it is not the case that Satan or anyone is the essence of evil for evil has no essence as it is merely a privation. Evil is thus the absence of goodness similar to how dark is the absence of light. Therefore, the objective of the demonic is to pervert, subvert and invert all that is true, good and beautiful by any means necessary.
Accidental satanism is thus anyone who is actively perverting, subverting and inverting truth, goodness and beauty without the explicit intent of doing so or without the explicit belief or worship of a spiritual demon named Satan. In Marxist terminology, they are useful idiots. This would probably describe the majority of those attending this conference. As with Saul Alinsky, they embrace the spirit of satanism:
Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer.
The false promise the Father of Lies made in the garden was "ye shall be as gods". The accidental satanist views himself as a demigod in his own personal sphere freed from the oppressive chains of tradition, culture, nation, family, religion and morality. In other words, accidental satanism is indistinguishable from secular liberalism with the addition of overt satanic rituals. The attendees spent much of their time inverting human rights. The right to life is inverted as the right to death (e.g. abortion, suicide, euthanasia). The right to liberty is inverted as the right to licentiousness. The pursuit of happiness is inverted as the pursuit of pleasure.
The Church has a saying, lex orandi, lex credendi, which means "the law of what is prayed [is] the law of what is believed". If the attendees are actually engaging in satanic rituals as they say they are, then this accidental satanism will become true satanism. Either way, both are equally a path to damnation. Regardless of the spirtual beliefs of the attendees, the moral and political beliefs they promote and defend are satanic.
